Unicor Funding has been in our "TOP 10" in the past. We have had so many positive comments about their site and their service, that we revisited their "New" site and deemed it had improved so much that we include it here. Unicor is a full service lender with offices in 18 states. The people at Unicor are very knowledgeable and often contribute articles and newsletters to our "Free Report" program. There is a terrific resource library at their site with tips and hints to help you get the best loan to fit your personal needs.
This is a must visit site for anybody interested in finance or investing. Money Magazine is a past recipient of our "PURE GOLD" award. The site is superbly laid out and easily accessible. There is all the latest financial news, links to all the markets, forecasts, trends analysis, and more.
This truly is a unique service for Realtors and consumers. The Property Transaction Network is just what the name implies. The PTN brings all aspects of the transaction into one "Internet" office. All parties of the transaction can "meet" in a cyber conference room. Professionals can join for a very low fee and receive a myriad of services that include web site design, hosting, free e-mail lifetime accounts, unlimited property listings posted on the internet, lead generation, technical support, and much more. Spend some time on this site, it is well worth it.
First Manhattan Funding and DreamNet 2000 combine to give the visitor a total resource experience. They have sought to bring all aspects of the real estate transaction together. Including locating the property and the representation, buying, selling, financing, repairing, inspecting, closing, etc. This is a terrific application of the Internet in real estate. All the calculators and pre-qualifying tools are there as well.
A member of the Approved Buyers Network, they have the power of a Major Lender with the service of a "boutique". They have offices in CO, MO, MT, OK, TX, UT, VT, WY and are adding more. They have a unique audio information service that will give up to the minute rates and answer many questions that you may have. You can use the "Mortgage Pre-Qualification Wizard" to quickly determine your buying power. There is also a nice glossary of mortgage terms that even we find useful from time to time.
This is a great site. Internet Mortgage has all types of loans available. jumbo, commercial, conforming, non-conforming, home improvement and others. There is never an origination fee on any of their loans. They offer easy pre-qualifying, they have in-house underwriters, an easy to use mortgage calculator, free software, and welcome "bruised" credit. It is a very easy to navigate and well laid out site.
The Mortgage Exchange is an east coast lender that can handle all types of loans. They have a unique 5 minute loan approval program that uses "live" underwriters for "real" responses. They update their rates daily. They are more than happy to just answer your questions as well. This is a great resource for not only buyers and sellers, but for the professional as well.
A really terrific resource for landlords. Tips, newsletters, insider information, bulletins, and more. All updated weekly. There is even a section to ask the publishers your questions that you cannot find the answers to. We found this site to be very user friendly. It won't take the place of your attorney, but if you visit often, you won't need him so much.
"The Commercial Real Estate Showcase". Searchable Database of Florida properties. Categorized by type, price, square footage, county, etc. 50 state capabilities, they are adding state by state as they grow. A worthy effort.
